Too many weekends we spend just getting on the train to central Paris and this time, we chose to pick one of to-do list to make do with our weekend.
Jet off with Ryan air, as we thought it would be the cheapest alternative, little did we know it cost us 50 euros each person just to get to the airport, nearly as much as the flight ticket itself. But heck, we need to go to get away from classes no matter how much it cost.
Great time we had, and good things certainly dont last forever. We were totally dead on Monday morning after draining out energy on walking out the whole day and night throughout the weekend.

Sanity begins to slip away
|

The last module of the school, fibre optic. We technically could fail three times before being fired, and since this is going to be the last exam and nobody has failed, everyone just playing around and making fun of the instructor. Poor guy, his module was scheduled at the wrong time. 10 weeks of school really takes its toll. This was what we turned out basically...

Paris Montmarte Festival
|
|
|
Some festival near Le Sacre Cour Area, where they had parades, wines and cheese from all over France. Stopped by near the infamous Moulin Rouge for photos and Parisians celebrated White Night Festival that day. I havent got a clue what s that for. Suppose you get dressed in white and dancing around. I had been given a chalk and wrote something on the ground. Just dont ask, it's French

Aint Scousers
|
|
Sorry for not updated for too long. I havent been to anywhere for vacation. So probably with this Scouser county trip photos could be a comeback
Headed up for FA Premier League match between Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers. Tickets obtained courtesy of Saudara Pian, an avid The Reds supporter.
Didnt shop much for souvenirs, just bought a pewter badge keyring, which its weight was reflected by its price.
Scousers were hardly to understand with their funny accent, but thanks to Pian which had been our translator (That was the credit from watching Steven Gerrard comments on telly)
The next day, it was shopping in Chesire Oaks. With tight budget, I didnt even realize I spent almost 50 quid. The trunk was almost filled up by our bags. Men can shop till drop too, not only woman.
Met one of my ex-schoolmate in Manchester, on our way back. Had a fabulous food in Jati, courtesy of Pian again since Liverpool won the match..and we asked him to pay the bill

I skip class just because the day earlier all my mates got the chance to snap photos when the snow poured down. This time, I am not gonna miss it again.

This was the first time ever I missed Solat Sunat Aidiladha. Well, I wouldn't ve done that back in home since mak would wake me up in the morning. And to top that up, I couldnt wear the newly-arrived of my sepersalinan of baju melayu (complete with new songket sampin man!) which was being sent through Fizi. Anyway, thanks to 15A Filey Street(again!) for their trial version of rendang and nasi himpit on that day.
I had three plates, mate. And it was the fact that I needed to do some revision for upcoming exams that prevented me from going back under the duvet again.

Joint-ventured open house. Menu from Abbeydale Road was popia@spring roll. Seriously, this was the best popia I ever had. Since it was for our guest, so couldnt had much of it. Ppl at Brunswick
prepared the beautifull 'pushed' nasi himpit and kuah lodeh and Pak koq made the nasi ayam.
The menus werent enough for everyone and we had to put back some popia and nasi ayam for ppl who turn up late.
Thanks to emachan, nana and niza for rendang and kuah kacang.

This was supposed to be uploaded last three weeks. First day of Syawal in Karachi Store. Since it was on Saturday, so we could spent our time riding on the tram to go here. If 1st Syawal would be on weekdays, I d prefer to have solat in Islamic Centre. The first time, I had takbir on the morning with our style. If u notice, Pak Arabs here they dont recite the takbir like what Malays use to do. Just plain and no tone.
Third time of Aidilfitri in Sheffield and certainly the last one. Hopefully....

It was just a thin layer of snow...but they all went crazy. What the heck. I didnt really throwing off the snowballs to other people, just simply enjoying snapping pictures, and still get splashed by a stranger. Couldnt attack back since I didnt see who threw what, instead, I threw back at Ben..heheh..sorry mate.
Enjoy
